Step 1: Read the Sales Leader Manual and Earnings and Bonus Structure
Step 2: Complete the Sales Leader Contract (Sign where indicated and initial every page)
Step 3: Send your completed Contract to your Avon Sales Leader or Area Manager. If you are in my team please send it to me at tracy@iloveavon.co.za
Once your contract has been processed, you will receive your unique Area Code and you can immediately get started adding new Avon representatives to your team.
Remember that it is your responsibility to train them and make sure that they understand how their Avon account works.
Tips
- Share your own story to encourage your representatives to join your team
- Show them what worked for you and how you started and built your own business
- Encourage them to read through the training and register on the www.avon.co.za website
- Teach them how to place their own orders
- Use the My Avon Office to keep track of your progress as a Sales Leader and your team – you can also check your Fast Start Bonus achievement progress (bonuses can be achieved every month for your first year!)
