I am always excited at the start of the year. It’s a chance to put the past behind us and move on to bigger, better and bolder things!

New Year’s Resolution?

It’s a cliché, yes…but I like the idea of setting a goal and seeing it through. My new year’s resolution is to take time out to read more books, and to be able to do a handstand by the end of the year. Let’s see how that goes…

What’s your resolution? Have you ever kept any? I have, so I have faith that I will be able to. Many years ago, becoming an Avon Rep was one of my resolutions 🙂

If you are considering making a new year’s resolution, make one that is achievable and have a plan on how you are going to implement it. Write it down and note your progress. You can also chose to make it public (by sharing it with friends, on social media..or like I just did on this platform ).

So, in order to accomplish my resolutions, I plan to read a little more every night and to practice yoga and core strengthening exercises at least 4 times a week to prepare my body for my handstand goal. Maybe I will post a pic of my handstand once I achieve it…
