Happy New Year! Here’s to faith and positivity for a year of joy and growth and heath and abundance.

It’s a brand new year and I can’t help but feel positive for this year being so much better than the last! We were all thrown off course to some extent when the threat of the pandemic became a reality in South Africa. But now that we have become accustomed to a new way of life as we do our best to protect ourselves and those around us, we can start to look at some of the positives that have come out of the need to do things differently. We can really start now to be more present and deliberate in our lives and appreciate what we have. Health and freedom were previously taken for granted, but now we celebrate these.

You can’t change what has already happened in the past. But we can certainly look ahead and make changes now that will affect our future. So what are you going to do differently this year? What can you do now to ensure a more joyful and successful year than the last?
