Hello and welcome to our monthly launch post! I wonder how your New Year resolutions are going so far…or are they already a distant memory, tucked away until next year? Setting New Year resolutions is not the same as setting a goal. A goal is a clearly defined path with an end point. For example, “I will achieve X by Y”. X is the “What” and Y is the “When.” What is your X and what is your Y? For me, most of my goals are about serving and inspiring others. Having goals that will benefit others is hugely motivating!

I like to look back at the goals that I have set and achieved over the years. I have been an AVON Beauty Boss for over 15 years, helping others to grow their own AVON business for more than 10 years, and creating and running this blog for almost 8 years! I hope to continue to grow and learn on this amazing journey with AVON, and with all of you who pop in to visit and read these posts and open my emails, and my customers who support my AVON business.

What’s in my own order this month?
