On this page I will explain how to place your Avon order. Once you know how to place your Avon order, you will be able to do so quickly and easily.
How to Place your Avon Order
There are 3 simple ways to place your Avon order
- Online orders on the Avon website (Gi3)
- From your Smartphone using the Avon ON app
- SMS orders from your cellphone
Read on for specific instructions on how to place your Avon order with each method mentioned above.
Method 1: Place your Avon order online
The first step to place your Avon order online is to register on www.avon.co.za (Gi3)
1. Go to your web browser
2. Type in www.avon.co.za and press enter
3. You will then be taken to the Avon website that should look something like this:
4. You now need to log in to your account
5. Click on “Log in to your Avon Account” in the top right-hand corner of the page
6. Type in your account number and password, and click LOG IN
7. If NOT registered yet, click on the: “Register Now” button under “Not registered yet?” and follow the steps.
Hint: If you don’t know your zone number you can leave it blank.
Once you have completed the information and accepted the terms and conditions, you can login to your Avon account and proceed to place your Avon order online as follows:
- Click on MY ORDERS – PLACE AN ORDER
- Select a customer/add a new customer, or leave your own name
- Click on START MY ORDER
- Type in the 5 digit product codes and the quantity for each
- Click SAVE ORDER
- Type in the number of brochure packs you would like to order. Note: If you want 1 pack of 5 brochures, then type 1 in the box next to the selection of BROCHURE 5 C? (2023) – if you type 5 then you will receive 5 packs of 5 brochures – Avon does not accept brochure returns under any circumstances.
- Once you are done, you can click UPDATE ORDER and then CONTINUE
- On the next page you will have the opportunity to view the Let’s Talk brochure where you can order Demo and Sample products, as well as business tools such as plastic bags to delivery your products and customer order slips. Follow the prompts and when you are finished, click CONTINUE.
- On the following page you will see the current month’s offers. There is no discount on offers. Simply type the quantity of offers you would like to order and then ORDER. Click CONTINUE to proceed to the next page.
- Now you can check your order, select your delivery address and insert the number of customers for this order. Note: Don’t worry if the prices on this page seem inflated, you will see the correct prices on the next page. Now you can select UPDATE ORDER and then VIEW SUBTOTAL.
- The Subtotal page will give you a complete breakdown of your order, including stock shortages, free items, and previously shorted products that will now be sent with this order. At the bottom of this page you will see two amounts: the Total and the Estimated Total. The Estimated Total is the estimated amount due to Avon for this order.
- To sumbit your order to Avon, click SUBMIT ORDER TO AVON.
- You will receive a confirmation that your order has been submitted.

What next?
Method 3: Place your Avon Order by SMS
Sending orders via SMS is really quick and convenient. Just bear the following two important things in mind:
- You must send the SMS from the cellphone number that Avon has for you in our system, in other words, the cellphone number you filled in on your application form. If that number has changed, please contact the Call Centre on 0860102345 to update it for you.
- You must type in your order accurately, according to the format given below, otherwise the system will not be able to understand it and you will receive an error message.
Please note that standard SMS rates apply. - Type in your order
We recommend a maximum of 80 different product codes per order but you can send as many SMSs as you like during the course of each campaign. Use the following format:

- You will the receive a response confirming receipt of order
- If your order was successful
