Your Avon order will be delivered by one of our trusted Courier Services:

How to Track your Avon order on Fastway

You can track your Avon order online or by mobile app.

To Track your Avon Order on the Fastway Website

Step 1: Login to the Fastway Tracking Site

Use the following Login Details on the Fastway Tracking Site
Email address: avonsa@fastway.co.za
Password: avon001

Step 2: Type your INVOICE NUMBER into the Reference Field and click SEARCH


To Track your Avon Order on the Fastway Website

Click here to access the tracking page and then use you INVOICE NUMBER to search for your parcel.

If prompted for a password, use the following:

username: avo001

password: avo001

How to Track your Avon order on Sky Net

Step 1: Login to the SKYNET WEBSITE

Use the following Login Details on the SKYNET Tracking Site
Username: genericavon
Password: AVON01

Step 2: Click TRACK & TRACE

If you have received your Waybill number by SMS Type your WAYBILL NUMBER and SEARCH

If you have NOT received your Waybill by SMS then select BY CLIENT REFERENCE. Select J16818 for courier tracking or C18539 for PEP/PAXI tracking and then type your INVOICE NUMBER into the Reference Field and click SEARCH/REFRESH
