Hello Lovelies and welcome to a brand new month as we launch the AVON South Africa May 2021 brochure. It’s time to look ahead at where we want to be at the end of the month and to lay out our plans in order to achieve our goals and stay inspired throughout the month. I came across this wonderful project on Action for Happiness called Meaningful May and as I’m sure you know by now, I am all for spreading happiness😁…so I thought I’d share their initiative, hoping that you might enjoy making some time to take care of your own happiness this month. Download their calendar with daily actions for boosting happiness and try to commit to following the daily prompts. Keep it somewhere where everyone in your household can see it and participate. If you participated in last month’s colouring competition, I hope that you enjoyed the gratitude exercise and the experience of being still and focused for extended periods of time. Adult colouring is a wonderful tool for mindfulness and relaxation, however once you get started and realise just how much time goes into a colouring project like this, there can be moments of frustration. Working through those times when you might want to give up builds resilience and a strong a deep awareness and appreciation of yourself. So a HUGE Congratulations to all of you who took the time to complete and submit your entries!!! It was wonderful and inspiring for me to receive your beautiful work! Of course there can only be one winner, but I have included a shoutout to the 2 runners up, and again I would like to share my gratitude to those of you who took part!
