Your responsibilities as a Justine Beauty Consultant:
- What you put in is what you get out. Everyone starts with the same opportunity with Justine (and Avon), and some of you will thrive and some of you will simmer… If you are passionate about something, you will do your best because you believe in it and therefore you will reap the rewards of your efforts. So it is really up to you how far you go and how much you earn. The Rewards are wroth it though!
- Place at least one order per month- Minimum order value per order is R580. Order as many times as you like during the month.
- Keep your account up to date and avoid “held orders”
- Show and share the Justine brochures to your customers every month and inform them of specials. Create a valuable customer experience by providing the best service and support for your customers. Treat them like QUEENS!
- Download the Justine app and empower yourself with the FREE tools and training material that will show you how to use your app to become digitally savvy and grow your business using amazing Justine digital tools
- Only contact your customers and Justine associates during business hours (in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act: 8am – 6pm)
